AgExpert Accounting Updates 

Requested enhancements. The following features and improvements were added based on user requests to deliver an even better customer experience. These include:

 

  • Add Commodity Wizard  
    Simplifies adding new commodities to the existing chart of accounts by guiding users through the required setup.

 

  • Enhanced Capital Cost Allowance  
    Supports new Designated Immediate Expensing Property (DIEP) rules, improving asset tracking and ensuring immediate expensing is calculated accurately.

 

  • Shared Team Members Across Accountant Portals 
    Accountant Portal administrators can share staff across multiple portals, improving workload management during busy periods.

 

 

AgExpert Accounting Mobile (iOS & Android)

 

  • Expanded mobile transaction visibility  
    Users can view more transaction types, including inventory adjustments, remittances, journal entries, and bank transfers. They can also open any transaction to review details and manage attachments directly in the app.
