Requested enhancements.

The following updates were made improve the customer experience:

o Ability to add notes to activities, both in the table view and in reports, for additional context or
instructions.
o New indicator to inform users that location services are off, and to help them turn it back on.
o Ability to use square meters (m2) as a unit of measurement for area-related activities.
o Added a variety of 15 new activity types
o Added new contract types to accommodate various agreements.
o Ability to assign contracts to specific crop years.
o Ability to assign a unique/global color to each seed type in Seed Setup.
