Recovery and changing your password on FM PRO Mobile

As part of the Field Manager PRO and Field Manager PRO 360 2014-03 release, you can now recover and change your password if you forget it.  

To recover your password on FM PRO Mobile:

  1. Enter the required information in User name.
  2. Tap Forgot Password. You’ll receive an email to reset your password.
  3. Click on the link in the email.
  4. Make the required changes

You should now be able to login to FM PRO Mobile using the new password.

To change your password on FM PRO Mobile:

  1. Tap 
  2. Tap Change Password.
  3. Enter your current password under Current Password.
  4. Enter a new password under New Password.
  5. Re-enter your new password under Verify Password.
  6. Tap Save.
