Journal Entries for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

In previous version of AgExpert Analyst, journal entries posted to accounts payable and accounts receivable were difficult and time consuming.  We have made an update to the general journal to make this process simpler.

We have opened up accounts 1200 and 2100 to allow direct posting to accounts receivable and accounts payable for the purpose of year end journal entries.  Simply follow your accountant’s year end entries as necessary – there is no longer any need to post to a temporary account.
