Producing a Bank Rec History report

You can produce a bank reconciliation history report that will display all the cleared and outstanding transactions for a selected bank account based on the bank statement date.

To produce a bank report:

  1. Select Report Console from the Reports menu. The report console appears.
  2. Select Banking, and then Bank Rec History from the menu panel on the left.
  3. Select the bank account the report will be based on from the Account drop-down menu.
  4. Select the Reconciliation date from the drop-down list. Note: This list shows all the previously recorded bank reconciliations. If there are no dates in the list, then no bank reconciliations have been recorded yet.
  5. Click Page View. The report will appear on the screen.
