Entering operations

To enter an operation:

1. Tap
2. Tap Farm & Fields.
3. Select your field under Select Field.
4. Tap .
5. Tap Operations.
6. Tap .
7. Select the Operation Types you want to record.Note: When you select an operation type, a specific tab for that operation will appear under Select Operation Types in the second section of the window.
   • Plant
   • Fertilize
   • Manure
   • Pest Control
   • Till
   • Irrigation
   • Other 
8. Select the operation’s start time and date under Started.
9. Select the operation’s stop time and date under Stopped.
10. Select the operation’s status under Status.
11. Enter the number of hours it took to complete the operation under Duration.
12. Enter the total land area of the operation under Total Area.
13. (Optional) Select Weather and tap Get Weather to add weather conditions at the time of operation.
14. (Optional) Enter any additional information under Notes.
15. (Optional) Select Equipment to add equipment used for the harvest operation.
16. (Optional) Select Labour to add labour used for the harvest operation.
17. To attach a picture to the operation, tap .
    • Take the picture.
    • Tap Use Photo.
18. Tap Save.

To delete the operation, select the operation and tap . Note: Once you’ve synced your operations, you’ll need to use Field Manager desktop to delete them.

To duplicate an operation:

1. Select the operation and tap .
2. Select the field on which you want to complete the operation. 
   • Note: To make any changes to the operation, you’ll need to change your field under Farms & Fields.
