Producing a Bank Rec History report
You can produce a bank reconciliation history report that will display all the cleared and outstanding transactions for a selected bank account based on the bank statement date.
To produce a bank report:
- Select Report Console from the Reports menu. The report console appears.
- Select Banking, and then Bank Rec History from the menu panel on the left.
- Select the bank account the report will be based on from the Account drop-down menu.
- Select the Reconciliation date from the drop-down list. Note: This list shows all the previously recorded bank reconciliations. If there are no dates in the list, then no bank reconciliations have been recorded yet.
- Click Page View. The report will appear on the screen.
